IPC Valve Control

In general terms the main job of an IPC is to switch a valve on and off at certain times of the day.

The IPC has an internal clock which maintains the current date and time and also keeps track of which day it is in the cycle.
A cycle is the number of days over which the scheduled on/off times are repeated.
The schedule defines when the IPC will turns its valve on/off each cycle.

For example:
A repeating 3 day cycle, where the scheduled valve operation is
Day   ON Time   OFF Time
1          8:00           8:30
2         13:00          13:30
3         21:00          21:30
