This update builds on the proven reliability of the Rev E platform while introducing key design improvements that enhance durability, performance and ease of use in the field.
Key Updates
The radio antenna is now fully integrated inside the IPC case, eliminating the previous external antenna and mounting fixtures. This reduces the risk of damage from livestock. The internal antenna delivers a high performance radio radio of over 600m.
New Mounting System
The mounting bracket has been redesigned for simpler, more robust installation. It is smaller, lighter, still made of stainless steel and compatible with the mounting holes of the previous bracket.
Improved Maintenance
Redesigned for quicker field servicing, with extensive field testing completed for both water ingress and radio performance.
Shipping Information
Shipping of IPC Rev E5 commences in March 2026. Each distribution box (the other carton) now contains 12 IPCs, previously it was 10.
